How many books would you like to order ?

The book price is $21.95. Choose one of the following shipping options. We use US Postal Service for all shipments.
Standard shipping, USPS, $3.00 S&H to all US or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times range from 2 - 14 business days.
Priority mail shipping, USPS $6.00 for any quantity, for US or APO/FPO shipments. Delivery times range from 2 - 4 business days.
Air mail to Canada/Mexico ($6.00 for 1 book). Delivery times are 5 - 10 business days.
International priority mail, $15.00. Actual delivery times depend on the speediness of customs in your country.

Note, 9.75% sales tax will be added for Illinois residents.

Most orders ship by the next business day.
