Consumers: You may request that your bookstore special order the book. Barnes & Noble sells the book online, stocks the books in its warehouses (not in the stores), and can easily ship the book to your local stores for you. Alternately, you can print out the form from the link below, to take to another bookstore. Many independent bookstores are willing to order directly from us.

Bookstores or libraries: Discounts off list price are 20% for single book orders, 30% for orders of 2 - 4 books, and 40% for orders of 5 or greater. Priority mail shipping is available, pricing dependent on the quantity. We require prepayment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex. Please use the following form to place your order.

Why are we currently not stocked in bookstores? Distributors and wholesalers can be death to small publishers. Their high rates of return, damaged books, and slow payment make them undesirable in terms of building a healthy publishing enterprise. We are happy to work directly with bookstores, ship quickly, and will strive to provide the best customer service.
